I run creator growth and build the systems behind it.
At Kazuo, I ran creator programs across two mobile apps — and built the payout and support infrastructure underneath them. The numbers below come from that work.
A custom RAG agent routed uncertain answers to a human first.

Creator programs and the systems that kept them running.
I built creator programs across two mobile apps.
AscendMax went from zero to 100+ signed creators in about two months. Tethered reached about 30M views a month at roughly $0.54 effective CPM. As the programs grew, I built the payout and creator-support infrastructure they needed.

I ran a 1,992-creator gifting pipeline.
Each week, I sourced about 200 creators and coordinated 60-70 gifting packages. The campaigns generated 14M+ views and $80K+ in earned media value. After I rebuilt the follow-up workflow, the creator post rate reached 48%.

I built a DTC brand to learn paid acquisition.
I built the storefront, funnels, and Klaviyo flows with Codex and Claude Code. Meta is the only growth channel. During a 30-day scaling period, the brand generated about US$8,000 in sales at a 4% conversion rate on a high-ticket product.

Systems I've built
I design the workflow, use Codex and Claude Code to write the code, and verify what ships.
Creator support
Creator support required 2-2.5 hours a day of manual work. I built a custom RAG agent with discord.js, ChromaDB, SQLite, and the Anthropic API, then hosted it on a Hetzner VPS. It handled about 60% of tickets. Anything uncertain went to a human first.

Payouts and fraud checks
I built a system that matched creator accounts across platforms, calculated payout tiers, ran PayPal batches, and flagged videos using engagement velocity and comment patterns before payment. It ran inside Kazuo's live creator program.

Outbound infrastructure
At NorthLeads, I built a Clay and Smartlead outbound engine covering sourcing, enrichment, AI personalization, inbox allocation, campaign launch, and reply routing. The infrastructure covered up to 165 inboxes across client accounts. One system generated 40+ qualified leads a month.
NorthLeads served two clients and was not meaningfully profitable. The 165 figure measures infrastructure across those client accounts.

AI-assisted social
At Kazuo, I used GPT Image 2 for stills, Kling 3.0 for motion, and creator-style scripts for app studio pages. The workflow covered scheduling and post-warmup performance tracking.

College football and hunting for hot sauce — flavour over pain. For my dad's birthday, I animated his book and used ElevenLabs for the voice work.
